Angela Hewitt

Pianist Angela Hewitt is an internationally prominent pianist, particularly noted for her Bach readings but accomplished in a large repertory encompassing many eras of keyboard music. In 2007 and 2008, she toured major venues in many countries, performing Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier in full. A longtime fixture of the Hyperion label catalog, she has been a prolific recording artist since the mid-'80s. In the early 2020s, she began a new cycle of Mozart's piano sonatas on Hyperion, and that cycle reached its third volume in 2025 with Mozart: Piano Sonatas K457, K533, K545, K570...
