Previously one-half of late-'90s Irish quartet B*Witched, Barbarellas, aka twin sisters Keavy and Edele Lynch, returned after almost a decade in the wilderness with a sexier image and Lady Gaga-esque electro-pop sound a million miles away from their previous denim-clad tomboy and bubblegum teenybopper reputation. Born in Dublin in 1979, the pair grew up in a family, including brother Shane Lynch of Boyzone, that encouraged them to pursue their creative talents, and after teaching dance classes at their local academy at age 16, they recruited two friends to form girl group B*Witched.
