Singer/songwriter Coque Malla became involved in the Spanish new wave while leading a band called los Ronaldos. Mostly influenced by the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen, Malla made six albums with his pop/rock band, debuting as a solo artist with the release of Soy un Astronauta Mas in 1999.
