A nominee for the 2007 NRJ DJ of the year, Paris-based DJ, producer, and remixer David Vendetta first made waves in 2002 with the maxi-single "No Sex," released just two years after his decision to enter the DJ business. He joined forces with Roger Sanchez in 2004, and began to remix a number of tracks for his Stealth label. Vendetta hit even greater heights with his 2006 release "Love to Love You Baby," which featured samples from the original Donna Summer hit. He also released a more Mediterranean-flavored work, Unidos Para la Musica, which featured vocalist Akram Sedkaoui. Released in 2007, Rendez-Vous was also a hit for Vendetta, reaching the Top 20 on the French album charts. ~ Chris TruePortions of Content Provided by Rovi Corporation.
