Swiss DJ Def Cut first found acclaim in his homeland of Switzerland before launching a musical career in the U.S. July of 2001 saw the release of Def Cut's U.S. debut, Return to Burn (on the independent Bomb Hip Hop label), which combined massive beats, vocal snippets, and plenty of the expected DJ scratching.
