Born in Malaga, Spain, in the Andalusian province where flamenco originated, singer Diana Navarro grew up in a household where music was a daily part of life. After spending many years singing and working, she released her solo debut album, No Te Olvides de Mí, in 2005. Blending flamenco, worldbeat, pop, Northern African, and Middle Eastern music, the album made her a favorite in her homeland and earned a Latin Grammy nomination. In the years that followed, Navarro reached beyond flamenco to become one of the country's most popular copla singers. ~ Marisa BrownPortions of Content Provided by Rovi Corporation.
