Irish rock outfit One Day International formed in 2007. Instead of going the usual route of dues-paying on the Dublin live circuit, One Day International decided to focus its development in a studio atmosphere, working on their debut full-length almost immediately after formation. Word got out of the studio eventually, and the group undertook its first national tour with Broken Social Scene a short time later.
