Hailing from of Austin, Texas, spirited, emotionally engaging, melodic indie rock outfit Quiet Company, which has drawn comparisons to everyone from Death Cab for Cutie to Bright Eyes, was formed by singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Taylor Glen Muse after stints in numerous other bands, including the Connotations, Uncle Andrew, and Eisley. In 2005, Muse produced and recorded Shine Honesty under the Quiet Company moniker and released the album independently. Everyone You Love Will Be Happy Soon, a full band effort, arrived in 2009, followed by Songs for Staying In in 2010 and We Are All Where We Belong in 2011. ~ James Christopher Monger
