Satellite Soul is a jangly CCM alterna-pop band. The group formed in 1995 at Kansas State University. Shortly after their formation, they became the house band at the local Lakeland Community Church, which quickly led to concerts throughout the Midwest. In 1997, they signed to Ardent Forefront.
