Formed in Toronto as the Airplane Boys, childhood friends Mannie Serranilla and Jason Drakes -- who used the names Beck Motley and Bon Voyage as aliases -- were a prolific hip-hop duo who built their reputation via a series of online mixtapes from 2011 onwards. The act was part of the larger Beau Monde collective which also included Neon Gorilla, a production company which provided videos for the the Airplane Boys' key tracks.
