Punk revival band the Bullys were organized by guitarist and songwriter Johnny Heff of Rockaway, Queens, New York, in 1997. Other members included singer Joey Lanz, guitarist Walt Stack, bassist Todd Feyh, drummer Gerry Tuohy, and rhythm guitarist Danny Nez. The band self-released its debut album, Stomposition, in 1998 and followed in 1999 with Tonight We Fight Again.
