Beauty Sleep formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 2004 when former college buddies Annabel Kaplan and Tony Larkin ran into each other by chance at a concert; following a few jam sessions, they recruited drummer Rob DiCaterino and bassist Brian DiFeo to round out the group.
