Bishop Noel Jones is a pastor and gospel choir leader at the City of Refuge Church. He's known outside the church for varied television, film, and music projects since relocating to the Los Angeles area in 1994. Jones was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica in 1950 to Bishop Robert and Marjorie Jones, and is one of seven siblings who include singer/actress/model Grace Jones.
