DJ BMF

In more casual atmospheres, DJ BMF is known as Reg Lentz, a DJ and producer from Florida's dance and hip-hop scene. Before he released his own full-length, Lentz was already known for his DJ sets that combine hip-hop, soul, and jazz. He has leant his production ear to tracks for the labels Internal Bass and New Breed and built a strong association with fellow Florida resident DJ Q Burns Abstract Message. His full-length mix CD Sound in the Round was released in mid-2001 and well captured the vibe of the Phat-N-Jazzy club night that Lentz co-founded. ~ Diana Potts.
