Expert Alterations

Baltimore jangle pop trio Expert Alterations were founded in March of 2013 by indie pop enthusiasts Paul Krolian (drums), Alan Everhart (bass, also of shoegaze band Wildhoney), and guitarist Patrick Teal. Heavily inspired by U.K. post-punk bands such as the Fall, C-86 bands including Close Lobsters, and New Zealand pop groups like the Clean, the trio gigged around their hometown, where Krolian curated indie showcase Baltimore Popfest, and played shows with Crystal Stilts, the Pains of Being Pure at Heart, the Flatmates, and others.
