Brooklyn-based duo Francis Harris (aka Adultnapper) and Anthony Collins released several records of smooth, dreamy deep house under the name Frank & Tony. The duo co-founded the Scissor & Thread label in 2011 along with Shawn Schwartz (owner of Brooklyn record shop Halcyon) and Atlanta-based Michael Scott, and they began releasing a series of Frank & Tony EPs in 2012.
