Featuring members of the Deathray Davies, the Old 97's, Apples in Stereo, and the Paper Chase, the Texas-based supergroup I Love Math take their cues from country-rock, power pop, and the harmonies of the Everly Brothers. Members John Dufilho (vocals, guitar), Jason Garner (bass), Philip Peeples (drums), and Andy Lester (keyboards) launched the group in the early 2000s, taking time out of their respective bands to focus on the sparse and poppy songs that soon comprised I Love Math's self-titled debut.
