Joseph Mulhollen

A songwriter who had released many independent tapes in his early years, Joseph Mulhollen didn't arrive nationally until 2002 upon the release of Polar. Before that point, Mulhollen was a farm-raised youth in western New York who had a knack for the guitar and music theory. Writing slow, moody acoustic tracks that were often built on haunting melodies and sparse playing, his songs often switched genres but were unmistakably his own.
