Scottish outfit Model Aeroplanes make infectious, guitar-based pop influenced by danceable '80s post-punk and sparkling Afro-beat rhythms. Formed in Dundee in 2012, the Model Aeroplanes comprise former high school friends lead singer, guitarist Rory Fleming-Stewart, guitarist Grant Irvine, bassist Ben Buist, and drummer Kieran Smith.
