Monica Lisa Stevenson

An active touring and recording gospel artist with a muscular voice, Monica Lisa Stevenson was born Monica Felicia Bowen in Wetumpka, Alabama on April 21, 1967. The eldest of six children, Monica was encouraged in both music and faith by her parents. After marrying the gospel musician Derrick Stevenson, Monica relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where they became members of the New Life International Family Church and the Gospel Music Workshop of America.
