Rose Watson

Rose Watson is a gospel singer with deep roots in the musical theater, and she managed to pursue a career in both disciplines in the 21st century. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Watson attended Virginia Commonwealth University. Following her graduation, she appeared in numerous touring companies in both Europe and the U.S., appearing in productions of Mahalia, Oh Happy Day, Little Shop of Horrors, and Ain't Misbehavin', among others.
