Split Decision Band

An obscure R&B group from Des Moines, Iowa, Split Decision Band released one single during their existence. Issued on the local Network label in 1978, "Watchin' Out"/"Dazed" featured hard-driving disco-funk on the A-side (reminiscent of Mass Production) and a slower, sleazed-out groove on the flipside (that owed much to Ohio Players and Parliament).
