Timewellspent consisted of Casey Fundaro and Christopher Moll. Moll had been in Florida-based indie rockers 23, while Fundaro was a studio engineering whiz and veteran of numerous bands. Still in Florida, Timewellspent made painstaking studio music that drew from a well of indie, pop, shoegaze, and ambient influences. After recording their debut between 2000 and 2002, the duo handed the tapes to Thom Monahan (the Pernice Brothers) to be mixed. Parasol Records stepped in to help release the material, and in 2004 Timewellspent was finally finished and available. ~ Johnny Loftus
