b. 1962, Waltham Park, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. Palma is widely acknowledged as being introduced to the recording scene by DJ and producer Jah Thomas. He was hailed as a master of the sing-jay style that enjoyed enormous popularity in the early 80s. In 1980, prior to his alliance with Jah Thomas, the She Get Up And Skank label released ‘Bad Boys', which accelerated his career.
