The Foo Fighters are sharing a few more details about their upcoming "Sonic Highways" album.

According to "Consequence of Sound," the rockers have confirmed that the record's list of special guests includes Death Cab for Cutie's Ben Gibbard, the Eagles' Joe Walsh, Cheap Trick's Rick Nielsen, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

The band  traveled to eight different cities across the country to record the new songs with local musicians.

Bassist Nate Mendel tells "NME" they teamed up with Gibbard in Seattle, and worked with Walsh in the desert outside Los Angeles to get "a classic southern California feel."

The Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways is due out November 10th, while a making-of documentary series is scheduled to premiere October 17th on HBO.
