Affluenza teen Ethan Couch is now in an adult jail.  Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson announced Couch's move today, but says it doesn't mean he's now considered an adult in court.

Anderson says a hearing to decide if Couch will stay at the adult jail is February 12th.  Another hearing to decide if Couch's case will be moved to the adult court system is February 19th.  The 18-year-old had been in the juvenile facility since he was brought back to North Texas from Mexico last week.  It's believed Couch and his mother fled to Mexico so he could avoid a probation hearing.  Couch was given ten years probation in 2013 for a drunk driving crash which left four dead.
