Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V will be a two-part affair. After postponing the release at the last minute earlier this week, Weezy has announced new plans for the project.
In a video posted on YouTube, Lil Wayne explained that he decided to split the album into two parts because he recorded too many songs for one album. He even gave fans a blurry glimpse of a tentative tracklist that featured 31 songs.
While he could've trimmed down that list to about a dozen songs, he says doing so would've cheated fans out of great music. Wayne also released a new single called "Gotti," which features The Lox.
