(WTVN)-Ohio State quarterback JT Barrett was arrested early Saturday morning for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated.

According to Eleven Warriors, which cites sources within the Columbus Police Department, Barrett was stopped at an OVI checkpoint at High Street and Tompkins, near the OSU campus.

Barrett was given a breathalyzer test, and blew just barely above .08, the legal blood-alcohol threshold in Ohio for intoxication. Barrett is under the legal drinking age of 21.
