Taylor Swift knows how to spread holiday festivity, and we're not just talking about her annual tradition of Swiftmas. On Saturday (December 19), the pop titan made a pit-stop at Grand Junction, Colorado during her trek back home to Tennesse, and we can't help but give the superstar some major props for her good deed.

During the appearance in Colorado, Swift surprised 13-year-old Cancer-stricken fan Delaney Clements at her very own home, offering the teen with "the best Christmas present ever," according to Delancey's mama Wendy.

If you weren't aware, Delaney was diagnosed with Cancer back in 2010. Following the news, it was her big wish to meet the pop star — hence the push behind the Twitter trend #DelanceyMeetTaylor.

"I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor," she wrote on the 'Gram. "And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was. Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens… The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging! I am beyond blessed for everyone’s help and support! Thank you! Happy holidays!"

Delaney wasn't the only person gushing about the visit. Tay Tay also got into the mix by posting a collage on Instagram with photos from her visit. Sometimes Christmas truly does come early.
