Hillary Clinton continues her claims she never sent or received classified information over a private e-mail server while U.S. Secretary of State.

The Democratic presidential candidate told CBS' "Face the Nation" she didn't ask that classified information be sent over a non-secure system in 2011. Her claims come in the face of a newly-released e-mail from that year in which she instructs an aide on how to send talking points through a non-secure system because it couldn't be sent by secure fax.

Clinton has maintained she never handled classified information through her private e-mail server and that she was simply asking for unclassified information. The State Department says it hasn't found evidence the document in question was ever e-mailed to Clinton.
