A Verse Unsung

Mainstream, radio-ready alterna-rockers straddling the line between punk and emo, the Minneapolis quartet A Verse Unsung first came together when their members were still in high school. A Verse Unsung began when classmates Jake Scherer and Dan Garland began writing songs together in 2005. With Scherer on lead vocals and adding bassist Kenny Fritze and drummer Aaron Gates, the young band started playing local gigs in early 2006.
