Brian Harnetty

Brian Harnetty is an American interdisciplinary sound artist and composer. His early works employed various instruments and found sounds exploring texts from literary sources, musical history, and physical geography. His arrival on the national scene occurred after the releases of 2009's Silent City and 2013's The Star-Faced One: From the Sun Ra/El Saturn Archives, both from Atavistic; they centered their fields of aural inquiry on Chicago.
