When the Los Angeles-based folk-pop group Bryndle released its self-titled debut album in 1995, it was the culmination of a two-decade-long dream. Formed amidst Los Angeles' burgeoning folk-pop scene of the late 1960s, Bryndle was touted as a band with a very solid future. That promise, however, was never realized.
