Conductor Daniel Grossmann is the founder, artistic director, and conductor of the Jewish Chamber Orchestra Munich. He has also appeared as a guest conductor with both modern-instrument and historical-instrument ensembles.
Grossmann was born in Munich in 1978 to parents of Jewish-Hungarian background. He began studying conducting there with Hans-Rudolf Zöbeley.
