Biography
Singer/songwriter Danny Chilean started getting involved in the local music scene after winning a radio contest at the northern Chilean city of Antofagasta, moving to Santiago in 1961 to participate in a famous radio show hosted by Ricardo García. Soon after, he signed up to RCA, recording in Spanish while many local rock performers were singing in English.
