Biography
Born in Brazil but raised in Mexico, singer/songwriter Denise de Kalafe found international success with her 1972 hit "El Amor, Cosa Tan Rara." Since her debut in 1969, she has gone on to release over 15 albums, including 2012's Detalles, a tribute to the Latin pop superstar Roberto Carlos. ~ James Christopher Monger
