Born Serigne M'Baye Gueye to a Senegalese father and Belgian mother in Amiens in 1978, rapper Disiz la Peste was discovered by Suprême NTM's JoeyStarr and first came to attention in 2000 when he scored a Top Five album with his debut, Le Poisson Rouge.
