Biography
A self-contained urban gospel choir and band, God's Property was founded in 1992 in Dallas, Texas by Linda Ray Hall-Searight who, along with her son Robert Sput Searight, assembled the original musicians and singers and groomed them into a powerful, professional performing ensemble. The choir began an association with Kirk Franklin in 1993, and appeared on his 1995 Whatcha Looking 4 album. Franklin then produced (along with Scott "Shavoni" Parker, Buster Bond, and Kevin Bond) the choir's 1997 album God's Property from Kirk Franklin's Nu Nation, which went on to win a Grammy Aw...
