It's not often you'll find a computer programmer, librarian, and producer/writer for a major television network performing traditional country songs, but that's exactly what Honky Tonk Confidential is all about. Based in the Washington, D.C., area, this collection of musicians has performed in everything from punk and new wave groups, to having shared the stage with Webb Pierce and Mac Wiseman.
