Jawbone Hill

The alternative CCM band Jawbone Hill was formed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1991; originally dubbed Insanity Bush, the group comprised Dan Erb, Galen Kraybill, Jansen Herr and Lin Fisher. After recording a self-titled demo cassette in late 1993, they issued a live tape during the summer of 1994, followed a year later by the full-length Sackcloth and Sunshine. At the same time, Jawbone Hill also issued a home video, Basements, Barns, and Attics; after a series of compilation appearances, they returned in 1997 with the LP Grind. ~ Jason Ankeny
