Though short-lived, Pungent Stench attained a substantial cult following in the early '90s with their undoubtedly perverse style of splatter metal: a brutal quantity of grindcore extremity, death metal songwriting, exorbitant vocal growling, and the most disturbing lyrics imaginable.
