Biography

The Seattle, WA, rock band Rat Cat Hogan was formed, according to multi-instrumentalist Herbert Bergel, in the fall of 1997 when he placed an ad in The Rocket, the local music paper, looking for a drummer, and the ad was answered by Robbie Skrocki. The group became a vehicle for Bergel's idiosyncratic autobiographical musings, set to punk rock tracks.
