Swiss rock band Redwood formed in 1998, and fronted by the charismatic Lesley Meguid utilized a decidedly non-Swiss style of music to build a devoted following as the 21st century began. Their first album, Everythingunderthesun, was released in 2004, after the band had honed its chops by playing just about everywhere, including a two-coast (and Austin, TX) tour of the United States.
