Tannis Slimmon

Tannis Slimmon has been around the Canadian music scene for over 20 years. In 1980, she started singing professionally in small schools, churches, as well as town halls in the small farming communities of the Prairies. In 1984, she joined the Byrd Sisters, which toured extensively throughout North America from 1984 to 1995, releasing three albums in the process. It wasn't until 2001 that she decided to release her debut album.
