One of the lesser-known guitar pop bands to emerge from the fertile Athens, Georgia music scene of the 1980s, Time Toy was formed in 1984 by singer/guitarist Bryan Cook (formerly of Is Ought Gap), ex-Little Tigers guitarist Paul Hammond, bassist Danny Cottar and drummer Rob McMahon.
