Forget your bogan baby names; Harper's Bazaar Australia has compiled a list of the most fashionable baby names this year and they are gorgeous.

Unsurprisingly there are quite a few French names in the top 100 alongside some classic English ones - hello, Charlotte and Daisy - so whether you're pregnant or not, it's probably worth bookmarking for some inspiration.

Because these monikers are so beautiful and so original, it's pretty safe to assume that your kids aren't going to have the same name as anyone else in their class - or that really annoying girl you went to school with.
