California's Right to Die law is being tossed out by a judge nearly two years after it had become law. A Riverside County judge ruled it was unconstitutional for the state legislature to have passed the law during a special session in 2015. The law, which took effect in June of 2016, allows terminally ill patients the option to end their life with doctor prescribed lethal drugs. Attorney General Xavier Becerra will likely file an appeal.
