Jenna Jameson Is Totally Unrecognizable After Dramatic Weight Loss

Jenna Jameson's Instagram is @JennaCantLose, but she is not living up to that name at all. The 44-year-old actress has dropped a bunch of weight and has shared her dramatic before and after photos with her fans in a #MondayMotivation post. She also explained exactly how she did it. 

In the caption, Jenna revealed, "Things that have helped me lose weight - I stopped snacking. I allow myself to get hungry. I walk to where I need to go. I stop eating when I'm satisfied." Other tactics include intermittent fasting, which is not eating between 6 p.m. and 11 a.m., not bringing in any processed foods to her kitchen, not eating out, and changing her mindset about food. 

She said, "I consider eating as nourishing not as a reward. I adjust my food according to how my body is reacting. If I am stalled, I eat less calories or cut dairy," concluding the post, "I accept that slow progress is PROGRESS. I take progress pictures to motivate me. Most importantly, I treat myself with love and patience."

Jenna has shed more than 80 pounds since giving birth to her daughter, Batel Lu, in April of 2017. She's been a big advocate of the keto diet, which is low-carb, moderate-protein, high-fat, and has been posting about it for a few weeks.

Janna has also shared the other benefits her weight loss, writing, "I've never talked about how changing my diet has impacted the inflammation in my body. Not only has my face changed from weight loss, but eating whole foods and next to zero processed foods has made my skin better. Less puffiness, we all can go for that! Even better, my joints don’t ache anymore. It's as if I've turned back the clock."
