Will Smith is back at again teasing fans with funny behind-the-scenes clips from his highly anticipated film Bad Boys 3.
On Sunday (February 24), the 50-year-old actor shared a hilarious video of a look at the forthcoming film, posting what he called footage from the movie's script reading session to Instagram. "EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK at @BadBoys Script Reading. NO SPOILERS!" he captioned the clip, which really didn't feature spoilers as it didn't feature much of anything.
The "EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK," as Will called it, was actually just a blurred out video of Will, his co-star Martin Lawrence, and other unknown actors inaudibly reading the film's script as most words were bleeped out. Not only that, but Will's face, and everyone else who was at the script reading's faces were blurred.
While the clip was more of a tease than anything, many fans still praised Will for sharing the clip, saying it's just adding to their excitement for Bad Boys 3.
Will shared the actual first look at Bad Boys 3 last month by sharing a boomerang of him and Martin while on set, in what appeared to be a ransacked home. The video also featured P. Diddy's classic "Bad Boys For Life," playing in the background.
As previously reported, Will and Martin announced the third installment of the Bad Boys films back in October. "It’s official. Bad Boys for Life. #teammartymar #badboysforlife @willsmith #weback," Martin captioned a photo of him and Will on the beach. Will later shared a video of him shouting with excitement, while beside Martin: "Yo... I'm telling y'all. This is crazy, it's official. Bad Boys III. It's happening. It's official..."Â
It's been 15 years since Bad Boys II premiered in theaters. With such a build up, Columbia Pictures president Sanford Panitch said fans should expect the best film yet with Bad Boys 3. "If we’re going to make another ‘Bad Boys’ after 15 years, it’s got to be next-level great," he told Variety.
