Mumford & Sons Cover Nine Inch Nails' 'Hurt' In Cleveland: Watch

On Friday (March 8), Nine Inch Nails' seminal album The Downward Spiral celebrated its 25th birthday. The next day, Mumford & Sons played at the Quickens Loan Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, which also just so happens to be NIN frontman Trent Reznor's hometown.
The UK-based folk rockers decided to pay tribute to the album, and Reznor, by covering the record's most famous song, "Hurt," and though one may not automatically associate NIN fans with Mumford fans, the arena roared with applause and people began to sing along with Marcus Mumford.

Mumford & Sons are currently on their biggest world tour ever, and just extended it even further. They finish their first North American leg this month before heading back to Europe; however, they'll be paying the west coast a visit this summer, with Portugal. The Man joining as support for most dates, and Lord Huron playing with them in Colorado. Check out the new tour dates below.
